I’m Carole, a French new mum in London (so excuse the language mistakes on this blog please). As a fitness enthusiast ( amateur runner/ ballet dancer / yogi …) who wanted to keep fit and active during her pregnancy, I had lots of questions which were met by all sorts of opinion.

This blog relates my take on fitness in pregnancy and post pregnancy based on my own research, experience and gut-feeling. I am no health & fitness nor medical professional, so please do not copy what I’ve done without professional advice.

But I hope you have fun following my journey as Trainee-Mum keeping her (fitness) training up in pregnancy. And follow my postnatal progress to train  for the Virgin London Marathon 2017. Encouragements welcome! 🙂
